Welcome to Effortless Blends Hair & Co. These policies ensure a smooth, luxury, one-on-one experience and protect the time reserved exclusively for each guest. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Appointment Approval

  • A deposit is required to reserve all appointments

  • New guests must complete the digital consultation form before approval

  • Appointments are considered confirmed once an official confirmation message is received

2. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required for all services

  • Applied toward your final total at checkout

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations or no shows

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled 48+ hours in advance

  • Cancellations or no-shows within the policy window result in deposit forfeiture

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • All Changes must be made atleast 48 hours in advance

  • Cancellations or no shows under 48 hours are subject to 50% of the remaining balance, in addition to deposit forfeiture

  • No-shows → charged 100% of the service total

Please note:
Illness, emergencies, or last-minute circumstances do not waive the cancellation policy, as the reserved time cannot be refilled on short notice.

4. Late Arrivals

To ensure a relaxed and unrushed experience for every guest:

  • 0-10 minutes late: Your appointment will still be honored; Services may be adjusted to remain on schedule

  • 10+ minutes late: A $15 late arrival fee will be applied, and certain service modifications may be necessary

  • 15-20 minutes late: Services may be modified to fit the remaining time, with the late fee still applied

  • 20+ minutes late: The appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited per policy

These guidelines help maintain consistency and quality for all guest

5. Studio Environment & Guest Experience

To maintain a calm, private, and focused setting:

  • No pets are permitted inside the studio (ADA-recognized service animals only)\

  • No children are permitted at any time

  • No additional guests are allowed during appointments

This allows each guest to enjoy a quiet, personalized experience without distractions.

6. Satisfaction & Adjustments

If you have concerns regarding your color service:

  • Please contact the studio within 7 days

  • Adjustments are complimentary when aligned with the original consultation and agreed-upon goal

  • No refunds on offered on a completed services

7. Hair History Disclosure

For safety and accuracy, full disclosure is required regarding:

  • Box dye

  • Professional color

  • Bleach

  • Extensions

  • Chemical treatments

  • Medications

Undisclosed hair history may affect results and may require service modification or refusal.

8. Health & Safety

  • If you feel unwell, please reschedule as early as possible

  • The 48-hour cancellation policy still applies regardless of reason

  • Service may be declined if health, safety, or behavioral concerns arise

9. Retail Purchases

  • All retail sales are final

  • No returns or exchanges

10. Photography & Content

Photos or videos may be taken for portfolio or marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your stylist know prior to your service.

11. Payments

  • Payments are due at the conclusion of your appointment

  • Accepted forms include credit, debit, and approved booking-system payment methods

12. Right to Refuse Service

Effortless Blends Hair & Co. reserves the right to refuse service for:

  • inappropriate behavior

  • unsafe hair conditions

  • repeated cancellations or no-shows

  • policy violations

13. Policy Updates

Policies may be updated at any time.
By booking, guests agree to the most current version listed.
