Welcome to Effortless Blends Hair & Co. These policies ensure a smooth, luxury, one-on-one experience and protect the time reserved exclusively for each guest. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Requirements

  • All appointments require a deposit to be reserved.

  • New clients must complete the digital consultation form before approval.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after an official confirmation message is received.

2. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment.

  • Applied toward your final total at checkout

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations

  • Deposits may move to a new date if rescheduled 48+ hours prior

  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Changes must be made 48 hours in advance

  • Canceling under 48 hours → charged 50% of the remaining balance + deposit forfeited

  • No-shows → charged 100% of the service total

Please note:
Illness does not exempt clients from the 48-hour cancellation policy, as your reserved time cannot be filled last-minute.

4. Late Arrivals

  • 0-10 minutes late: Your appointment will still be honored; however, parts of the service may need to be performed more efficiently to stay on schedule.

  • 10+ minutes late: A $15 late arrival fee will be applied, and certain service adjustments may be necessary.

  • 15-20 minutes late: Your service may need to be modified to fit the remaining time, and the late fee still applies.

  • 20+ minutes late: The appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the booking deposit will be forfeited per policy.

    These guidelines ensure every guest receives a high-quality, unrushed experience.

5. No Pets Policy

To maintain a clean, calm, and relaxing studio environment, pets are not permitted inside the suite. Only ADA-recognized service animals are allowed. Thank you for helping keep the space comfortable for all guest.

6. Satisfaction Policy

If you have concerns about your color:

  • Contact the studio within 7 days

  • Adjustments are complimentary when aligned with the original goal

  • No refunds on services

7. Hair History Disclosure

Accurate disclosure is required regarding:

  • box dye

  • professional color

  • bleach

  • extensions

  • chemical treatments

  • medications

Undisclosed history may affect results and safety.

8. Health & Safety

  • If you feel unwell, please reschedule as early as possible

  • The 48-hour cancellation policy still applies regardless of reason

  • The stylist may refuse service for health, safety, or behavioral concerns

9. No Children Policy

For everyone’s safety and comfort, children are not permitted in the studio at any time.

The studio contains chemicals, tools, and limited space, and is not a safe environment for minors. This policy allows each guest to enjoy a relaxed, focused experience without distractions.

10. No Additional Guests Policy

To maintain a calm, private, one-on-one experience, additional guests are not permitted during appointments.

Please arrive alone so the studio can remain comfortable, quiet, and focused. This ensures the stylist can fully dedicate attention to your customized service.

10. Retail Purchases

All product sales are final.
No returns or exchanges.

11. Photography & Content

Photos/videos may be taken for portfolio and marketing.
If you prefer not to be photographed, inform your stylist beforehand.

12. Payments

Payments are due at the end of service.
Accepted forms: credit, debit, and payment methods listed in the booking system.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Service may be refused for:

  • inappropriate behavior

  • unsafe hair conditions

  • repeated cancellations

  • policy violations

14. Policy Updates

Policies may be updated at any time.
By booking, you agree to the most current version listed.
