Do I need a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all color appointments. This is applied toward your total on the day of your service.

What color services do you not offer?

I do not offer vivid, fantasy colors, perms, or dramatic same-day transformations that compromise hair health.

What should I do before my appointment?

Arrive with clean, dry hair. Please remove heavy oils or product build-up.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Reschedules require new availability approval.

Do you take walk-ins or same-day bookings?

No - Appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure a fully reserved experience. Availability is updated in real time through time through online booking.

How long will my color last?

Most blends are designed to last 3-5 months, depending on your lifestyle and desired level of brightness. Maintenance sessions can be scheduled in between as needed.

Do you double-book?

Never. Every session is one-on-one and fully reserved for you to ensure a focused, high-quality experience.

How early should I arrive?

Arriving 5 minutes early is perfect. There is no need to arrive significantly earlier.
