How do I book an appointment?

Fill out my New Client Consultation Form. I’ll Review it personally and send your customized booking link.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all color appointments.

What color services do you not offer?

I do not offer vivid, fantasy colors, perms, or dramatic same-day transformations that compromise hair health.

What should I do before my appointment?

Arrive with clean, dry hair. Please remove heavy oils or product build-up.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Reschedules require new availability approval.

Do you take walk-ins or same-day bookings?

No - all appointments require a consultation and are booked in advance to maintain a luxury experience.

How long will my color last?

Most blends last 3-5 months depending on your lifestyle, at-home care, and how bright you prefer to stay.

Do you double-book?

Never. Every session is one-on-one and sully reserved for you.

How early should I arrive?

5 minutes early is perfect. No need to arrive extra early.
